NetDefender's Notes Development team has extensive experience in developing business systems in Lotus Notes for access by a dedicated Notes Client and standard web browsers. Our completed projects have ranged from a full customer/patient tracking system to a simple contact and process management system. These systems all have the potential of integration into and with existing systems, for maximum ease of adaptation. NetDefender's Notes Development team also can review an existing application and provide assistance to enhance it or and add required or missing functionality.

Hosting services are available two ways: co-location and shared server hosting. Co-location places the client's Notes server into a NetDefender facility, under lock and key, with all monitoring and administration done by NetDefender's team.

With NetDefender's Shared Server Hosting, a customer supplies the database or databases that they wish to have hosted, which NetDefender then installs on one of our Domino Servers and hosts it in-house for the customer. Separate access control is utilized for each customer for modification and access of information.

Replica copies of each mission-critical database can be maintained on the NetDefender Domino Network of servers to offer a fail-over system, redundancy, hot backup, and load balancing of resources. All NetDefender servers have routine backups, regular preventive maintenance and constant security monitoring.
